10, am - 4 pm both days Annual Festival celebrating the return of migratory birds with acclaimed wildlife artists, crafters, children’s activities, live animals, guided bird walks, music, and more! Suggested donation $3/adult, $2/member, $1/child.
May 18th 9 am - 3:30 pm Project Learning Tree
For educators working with students pre-K – 12th grade/ environmental education.PLT activities meet national, state & local learning standards. Free- sponsored by NYS DEC & NYS Education Department. The program is limited to 30 participants and one must pre-register (no fee)

June 22nd - 10am: Paper Making with artist Carol Cotton. Learn how to make your own paper. Recommended for children between 3rd and 6th grade. Can be used in Nature Journal.
July 6th - 1 pm: Swamp Snappers Camera Club Meeting
July 12th and 13th – 9am-4 pm: GSC Annual Community Garage Sale. Set up your own table for $5. Clean donated items needed. Drop off items in barn. No tires, TV’s, computers, paints, chemicals or micro waves. Call to reserve a table (10’ x10’ area) by July 1st.
