This program is for YOU! The Great Swamp Conservancy of 8375 N. Main St., Canastota will host The Central NY Lyme & Tick Borne Disease Alliance of Manlius on October 1st at 10:30 am. This organization will help create awareness about the realities of living with Lyme & tick borne diseases. Come and learn about these tiny terrors. The CNY Lyme and Tick-Borne Disease Alliance is a collaborative of providers, scientists and community members who support research, drive education and promote awareness to combat tick-borne diseases by focusing on four cross-functional pillars: Clinical, Education, Research, Environment. Come and meet the Executive Director, Royale, who has the experience and knowledge to share with the public. Bring your questions and at the end of the program there will be a distribution of free tick kits. The presentation is a free program to the public.
